What this policy covers

Optional analytics

Google Analytics measures which pages and articles people find useful. It is off by default. The tag is not loaded at all until you choose “Allow analytics” in the cookie notice, so declining means no request is made to Google and none of these cookies are created.

Advertising and personalisation signals are switched off in the tag, IP addresses are truncated, and your choice is remembered for about 180 days before we ask again. Analytics measures public site usage only; it is not loaded over workspace or call data.

To withdraw consent, clear this site’s data in your browser settings. The notice reappears and analytics stays off until you allow it again.

What we do not use

This build does not include advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, cross-site ad tracking or profiling. We do not sell personal data, and we do not send customer records, call recordings or transcripts to any analytics provider.

If any further optional technology is added later, it must remain disabled until the visitor makes an informed choice, and this policy and the consent interface must be updated.

Managing storage

You can clear cookies and site data in your browser settings. You can also restart the public demo to clear its session data. Blocking essential cookies may sign you out or prevent the workspace from functioning.

The theme and notice preferences use local storage rather than cookies. Browser “clear site data” controls normally remove both.
