Who these terms are between
“Yashnix AI”, “we” and “our” refer to the team operating this service from India. “You” means the person using the site, and where you use a workspace on behalf of a company, it also means that company. Using the site, the voice demonstration, or a workspace means you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.
These terms may change as the product changes. When they do, the date at the foot of this page changes with them, and continued use after that date means you accept the revised terms.
Access levels
A new account starts in demo access. In demo access you can look around the workspace, but the AI features do not run: no AI Employee will produce work, place a call, or write to your records. This is enforced on our servers, not merely hidden in the interface.
Individual features are enabled for an account only when we grant them. A granted feature can be withdrawn, and an account can be suspended, if these terms are broken or if the service is being used in a way that risks harm to another person.
We do not promise that any particular feature will be granted, or that a granted feature will remain available indefinitely.
The public voice demonstration
The demonstration connects you to an AI, not a person. Your microphone audio and the details you submit are processed to run the conversation and produce a written summary. Do not use it to discuss confidential, regulated, or unnecessary personal information, and do not use it to record another person without their knowledge.
The demonstration is provided to show how the product behaves. Nothing said during it is advice, an offer, a quotation, or a commitment.
Calling
Where calling is enabled for your workspace, the service places and answers real telephone calls on your behalf, and those calls cost money. You are responsible for the numbers you dial and for having a lawful basis to call them.
You must not use the service to make unsolicited marketing calls to people who have not agreed to be contacted, to call numbers on a do-not-call register where that is unlawful, to impersonate a person or another organisation, or to conceal that the caller is an AI. The AI identifies itself as an AI when asked, and you must not configure it to deny that.
You are responsible for complying with the telecom and data protection rules that apply where you and the people you call are located.
AI output and human approval
AI Employees produce drafts, summaries, classifications, and suggested actions. This output can be wrong, incomplete, or confidently mistaken. It is not professional, legal, financial, or medical advice, and it must be reviewed by a person before it is relied on.
Sensitive actions wait for a human decision by design. You are responsible for what you approve. Where you give someone in your workspace the ability to approve actions, their approvals bind you.
Your data and your responsibilities
You keep ownership of the records, documents and contacts you put into your workspace. You give us permission to process them for the purpose of running the service for you. How that data is handled is set out in the Privacy Policy.
You must have the right to put that data into the service, keep your login credentials to yourself, and not attempt to reach another workspace's data, disrupt the service, or work around the access controls described in section 02.
Availability and liability
The service is provided as it is. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, that a call will connect, that an AI Employee will reach a particular outcome, or that its output will be accurate.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for lost profit or lost business, or for loss arising from AI output you acted on without review. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Ending your use
You may stop using the service at any time and ask for your workspace data to be deleted. We may suspend or end access where these terms are broken, where use is unlawful, or where continuing would put another person at risk. Where the reason allows it, we will say what happened and give you a chance to put it right.
Contact
Questions about these terms, or a request about your data, can be sent through the contact route published on this site. Requests about a workspace should come from the person who operates it.
