Who this notice covers
“Yashnix AI”, “we” and “our” refer to the team operating this product demonstration and workspace. Yashnix AI is an AI Employees platform for growing businesses. The public voice experience is a demonstration; it is not a human consultant and its recommendations require human validation.
This notice is product information, not legal advice. Before a commercial launch in a particular jurisdiction, the operator should have this notice reviewed and add its registered entity, address and dedicated privacy contact.
Information we handle
Public website and voice demo
- Business form details such as name, company, work email, optional phone and website, industry, company size, goal, problem and current process.
- Live transcript text, session status and the written diagnosis generated after the conversation.
- Technical request information needed for security and rate limiting, which may include IP-derived request identifiers and server logs.
- Microphone audio while the live conversation is active. The app streams audio for the conversation and does not upload an audio file or keep raw audio in browser storage.
Signed-in workspace
- Account identity, organisation membership and workspace selection.
- Business Brain sources, tasks, approvals, reports, CRM records and activity created by authorised workspace users.
- Security and audit records required to operate and protect the workspace.
How information is used
- Personalise Aira’s conversation and generate a preliminary business diagnosis.
- Create, display and supervise workspace tasks, outputs and approvals.
- Authenticate users, enforce organisation boundaries and maintain security.
- Diagnose errors, prevent abuse and improve product reliability.
- Process a personalised-plan request only when a visitor explicitly asks for follow-up and the deployment has lead capture enabled.
We do not use this build to publish ads, spend money, send outbound email, make outbound calls or access private business tools unless a future deployment clearly enables and discloses those capabilities.
AI and service providers
The live voice demo sends the submitted business context and live audio stream to Google Gemini to provide the real-time conversation. Transcript and business context may be sent to OpenAI to generate the structured written diagnosis. The server uses temporary credentials where supported and does not expose permanent provider API keys to the browser.
Signed-in authentication and workspace storage use Supabase. Hosting and server execution use Vercel. Each provider may process technical and content data under its own terms and configured retention controls.
Storage and retention
The public demo keeps form information, transcript, session state and diagnosis in React state and browser sessionStorage. It is cleared when the visitor restarts or clears the demo, or when the browser session ends. Raw audio is not stored by this app.
If a visitor explicitly requests a personalised plan, the deployment may store the submitted contact and diagnosis details for human review. The interface must state whether submission succeeded. Signed-in workspace records remain until removed under workspace controls or an applicable retention process.
Server security logs and provider-side processing may have separate limited retention periods. Exact provider retention depends on the production account configuration.
Sharing and international processing
Information is shared only with service providers needed to deliver the requested feature, such as hosting, authentication, database and configured AI providers. We do not sell personal information in this build and do not include advertising trackers.
Providers may process information in other countries. A production operator must confirm its contractual safeguards and jurisdiction-specific obligations before commercial deployment.
Your choices
- Do not start the voice demo if you do not want microphone audio processed.
- Use “Restart Demo” or the clear-demo action to remove browser-session demo data.
- Use browser controls to clear cookies, local storage and session storage.
- Do not include confidential, regulated or unnecessary personal information in the public demo.
- For a signed-in workspace, request access, correction or deletion through the workspace operator’s published support channel.
Contact and policy changes
A dedicated public privacy email and registered business address are not configured in this MVP, so this notice does not invent them. Before collecting production customer data, Yashnix AI should publish those contact details here.
We may update this notice when the product, providers or data practices change. The date at the top shows the latest published revision.
